Scott Ebrahimi
Scott is a general contractor with 30 years in the construction industry. He knows that creating relationships based on trust and making each project enjoyable is the key to forming successful, long lasting business connections. Those connections are the heart and soul of SLE Construction, Inc. because many of our clients, employees and subcontractors today are people that Scott has worked with for 20 years or more. Over the years as a Superintendent, Project Manager, and Contractor, Scott has completed new ground up stores and remodel projects for retail clients including United Rentals, Golden Valley Health Centers, Brilliant Corners, Sprouts, Long’s Drug Stores, CVS Pharmacy, Dollar General, Sephora, and Caliber Collision. He also brings an owner’s perspective to each project, having served as the Head of New Store Construction for Longs Drug Stores and then as a Construction Manager for CVS Pharmacy.
Dawn Modena
Vice President
Dawn has spent over 30 years in construction project management and business management, consistently delivering top quality service to clients. She prioritizes building a reputation for integrity, dependability, and meticulous attention to detail. Dawn has managed projects for major retail chains including Lowe’s Home Improvement stores and distribution centers, Mervyn’s, Bed Bath & Beyond, WalMart, Sephora, Dollar General, and CVS Pharmacy. Her diverse experience also encompasses managing multi-tenant lifestyle centers. For the past several years, she has mainly concentrated on the healthcare and residential care sectors, and now oversees estimating and project management at SLE Construction.
Mike Sanders
Lead Superintendent
Mike is an integral part of the SLE Construction team. A licensed contractor himself for the last 32 years, Mike’s emphasis on building things the right way is an excellent example for the rest of the field staff. His attention to detail made him an outstanding custom home builder, and he has completed dozens of design build projects in the agricultural industry. As a commercial Superintendent, he has been responsible for projects for Albertsons, K-mart, Safeway, Sears, CVS Pharmacy, Dollar General Longs Drug Stores and United Rentals.
Grant Parker
Senior Project Manager
Grant brings 30 years of construction experience to SLE Construction team. Since graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management he has been in the field as a superintendent, an Owner’s Representative for Kmart Corp, had his own General Contracting business, and served as a Division Manager for a Service and Special Projects Department. His time spent as both Owner’s Rep and Contractor give him the ability to understand what the client wants and how to deliver it. He has extensive background in remodel projects in grocery stores, pharmacies, office buildings and tenant improvements with a focus on keeping open facilities in operation throughout a project. Creating an open dialogue and team atmosphere geared toward success on each project has always been, and always will be, his goal. Some of Grant’s clients have included Raley’s / Bel Air, Grocery Outlet, Safeway, CVS, Long’s, Rite Aid, Donahue Schriber, Colliers, Invesco, and CBRE. He is currently managing multiple projects in the Central Valley for Golden Valley Health Centers.
LAILE GIANSETTO

Laile is a licensed California architect who contributes her expertise in both new construction and remodeling projects to SLE Construction. Practicing for over 30 years she can provide a wide range of services from initial programming to existing facilities surveys, schematic design thru construction documents. Her experience encompasses a diverse array of project types, such as retail and grocery stores, offices and workspaces, tenant improvements, restaurants, shopping centers and freestanding buildings. In addition to her design work, she has a proven track record of successfully presenting projects to governing agencies throughout California. She is adept at guiding projects from preliminary design stages through to permitting, ensuring compliance and securing necessary approvals for completion. Laile’s client list includes Golden Valley Health Centers, United Rentals, CVS, Safeway, Longs Drug Stores, World Market, Dollar General, Dos Coyotes Border Café and Jamba Juice.
